"Writing is the geometry of the soul"

So I had a compelling dream the other night, and I decided to write a short story revolving around the concepts my brain decided to throw at me in the middle of the night. It is poetic styled and has a darker theme to it, but has a pleasant ending! I am currently in need of a nice cover, so if someone could create one for me that would be great!
About the Authors
Storytelling Students
So far there are only two of us, here at RNOI but we still would like to get our stories out there. We don't have much experience, but writing is a way to express ourselves. Balancing our day to day lives with writing has been difficult, but it gives us pleasure and a way to relax after an especially full and exhausting week. Our characters range from bubbly and expressive, to closed off and broken. Each one of our carefully created protagonists reflects and has become a part of us in some way.
Meet Me:
MelodicMadness
Hey! Thanks for stopping by!
I like to think I'm not your typical romance writer. I try not to fall into the popular cliches unless it is on purpose. I guess I'm not very 'sugar, spice, and everything nice' either. I run this place with my best friend and I try to irritate the crap out of her on a daily basis, and I'm also prone to violent tendencies. I suppose if I don't fall into the sweets category, then my motto is 'sarcasm, wine, and everything fine'. I know a bunch of random crap that will never be useful to me, and I am known to spontaneously bombard people with said randomness until they can't take it anymore. Proceed with caution, and prepare to be immersed in the characters of my world!

I may seem like a bubbly person at first, but then you get to know me and the inside me is very different from the outer shell. So if you get the privilege of talking to me, don't be surprised If I seem different later! If you want to get on my good side, bring lots of food and a dog. Yeah, and don't forget to read my books.
Presenting: Paving the Unknown
March 5th, 2018
This is a Teaser!
Paving the Unknown is an ongoing project of mine. I've been working on it for a year or two now, and I've finally come up with a name for it! The storyline follows the life of a deaf girl named Karter and her struggles with a childhood enemy who had relentlessly bullied her to the point where she had to be removed from the district. Where the book actually begins is when they are in high school and Karter finally meets him again.
